GIVE IT A GO

This is a famous Australian saying that reflects our attitude of trying to do something, even if we never heard of it before.
We live in an island.  No connection with other countries around us as they do in Europe or having hundreds of years of traditions to deal with as they do in England.
We were brought here to live in a totally different world with a totally different climate, even differently coloured trees and shrubs.
When the first artists began painting the scenery the landscapes they painted did not look like Australia as they were still using the Blue/Green colours for the trees instead of the Yellow/Green of our trees.

We have always had to develop our own way of doing things, which made us able to do things that people in other countries with old traditions were not able to do.  Consequently many of our inventions, particularly in the medical field have been the first in the world.

This attitude is part of our nature.  It can be a help or hinderance depending on our use of it.   We can 'give it a go' to try something new in our life that will benefit us or 'give it a go' to try something stupid to impress others.

I find that it can be applied to our Spiritual lives, for if we TRULY believe that we are all Spiritual beings who are here in Earth School to learn new things and let go of old habits we can confidently 'give it a go' when Spirit presents us with a new idea or challenge that we have never thought of.
Knowing that it will only be presented to us if we have the ability to do it.   Real faith knows that there is no FAILURE...there is only LEARNING.   If we 'give it a go' when some new idea presents itself to us and it does not work out as we imagined, we do not FAIL, we have learned something and we can try again.    Failure is only connected with how we with people to see us.  If we are true to ourself we do not let the ideas of others change our direction.

I have seen this working in my own life over and over again.   I have been presented with a new idea, usually something I have never heard of (such as Astrology)  I 'gave it a go' and am still working with it 45 years later.   I was asked to teach at an Interior Decorating School after being there a short while (never had any training) but I 'gave it a go and ended up 9 years later as Principal of the School, writing Modern and Period Furniture Courses and Courses for my boss to take to teach in Asia.

I do believe that we have a 'Book of our life' made up before we enter here and it is the job of our Guides to guide/push/shove us to do the things we have come here to do.  They will only push us to try something that matches our own abilities and that can give us great satisfaction in doing something that we love.

Now at the beginning of 2017 we are entering a new Universal Cycle of 9 years.   We have just concluded 2016 which was a Number 9 Universal year ( endings and conclusions) I have been watching people 'finishing up' or 'ending' or 'changing' something in their lives so that they can be ready for this year 2017 which is a Number 1 Universal year (beginnings and new starts)

Let us all think of what we REALLY want from life and 'GIVE IT A GO' !!

THE IMPORTANCE OF DIFFERENCE

Many years ago I went to Tasmania to visit my son and his family.   Mark's wife told my grand children that Nanna was coming to visit them.   As they only knew her mother they asked  "is grandma Smith coming to visit us?"   No, she said, this is a different Nanna.  From then on my grand children have called me 'different Nanna',   I still get Birthday and Christmas cards with that name.
My children and grand children have accepted me as a 'person' who just happens to be a mother and grand mother and I am very happy that they can do this.

Over the years in all the classes I have run, the talks I have done and the books I have written I have tried to show people how important it is to recognize that each person they meet has their OWN life to work through, their own Astrological and Numerological pattern and their own life experiences that have affected them.
Each lifetime is a series of lessons that we chose to learn when we re-entered this School of Life that we are now working through.   These lessons that we chose to learn are to help us to be the very best person we can be.   There is no way that our own lessons are the same as others.   There is no way that we can really understand why a person does not think like us or behave like us.  There is no way another person can walk in our shoes or feel things the same way we do.
Whenever one of my students was worried about 'doing the right thing' I would always ask them     "who told you what the 'right' thing was?"   The 'right thing is different in all levels of society and in all countries.   It is important to feel that 'the right thing' is something you can feel 'right' with.

Our major Spiritual lesson is Unconditional love.  It is very hard to do if there is judgment involved.    Therefore the most important thing we can do is to accept each person we know for who they are, even if we disagree with them.   They have reasons for being who they are and how they think, just as we do.   We do not have to 'like' how they think or how they behave but it is impossible to put your values into another.    About the best thing you can do is to stay kind and supportive and that may help them to learn one of the lessons they came here to learn.

When I had my School of Life Path Studies where I taught Astrology, Numerology, and Graphology.  I was concerned about the fact that in many Schools the student can only express the views of the teacher if they want to get a Certificate.    I wanted students to absorb  the basics but to express their views and understanding in their own style.   So rather than have tests to get their Certificate I had them do an Astrology/Numerology chart for a person and explain it to me in their own way.   As each person sees things through their own Astrological personality and interests I was able to award them their Certificate for their own understanding and help for the client.

I have found that my knowledge of Astrology and Numerology has helped me greatly to accept  the way other people think and act.   It has helped my with my children and grand children and in turn I can help them with understanding of their particular problem.

It all comes back to the Golden Rule.
DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE THEM DO UNTO YOU.

THE ROOT CHAKRA

The base  of our Chakra system is the Root Chakra.   It is the Root of our energy field and is situated at the base of the spine.

In the Chakra system one development follows the other, so as the Root Chakra is the first one it is imperative that it is healthy and works well.
The next Chakra, below the Navel is the Sacral, It's colour is Orange and it relates to working with all the relationships in our life.   If the Root Chakra is not working well it is hard for us to feel happy in our relationships with others.
The next Chakra is the Solar Plexus, Yellow colour.   This Chakra is connected with using out own ideas and having confidence in our own abilities.   If the Sacral Chakra is not working well in our relationships it is hard to feel that we can express out own ideas.
The next is the Heart Chakra, Green Colour.  If  we do not feel happy about ourselves it is hard to give unconditional love to others.
The next is the Throat Chakra.  Blue Colour,  This Chakra is about expressing our own ideas and creativity.  If we do not feel loved it is hard to talk about or express our needs.
The next is the Third eye Chakra,  Indigo (Blue/Purple) colour.  This Chakra is about accessing our inner needs and spirituality.. The last is the Crown Chakra Violet colour, where we can contact our higher self or guides.

The Root Chakra relates to everything in our world that makes us feel that we are accepted.   It is connected to our family, religion, race, country, attitudes etc.   It is even connected to what we look like and if it is acceptable to our associates.   If we feel that we don't measure up to what is expected of us by family or society our Root Chakra finds it hard to give us enough energy.   So we feel tired, don't feel like taking care of ourself, and therefor often put on weight, and have a low self esteem.

When the Root Chakra is not working well it can affect our body causing blood flow problems in the legs, varicose veins, hemorrhoids, etc.
The Chakra system commences in the Brain,  All of our happy or sad thoughts travel from the Brain down the spine and connect with the base of the seven Chakras  situated in the spine.   Each one of those open towards the front of the body.   Each Chakra has its own colour and when happy and positive thoughts connect with each Chakra, that Chakra glows a beautiful clear colour and keeps the area around it in good health.   When we send unhappy of stressful thoughts down the spine to the appropriate Chakra it sends out murky colours that help to bring on problems and illnesses in the area connected to that Chakra.

So it is important to know the colour connected to the area in your body that is served by each Chakra.
The Root Chakra should glow a beautiful strong RED.     If it is not working well the Red will be dull or thick.
Ways to help your Root Chakra to become more efficient con be ,
Having RED objects in your home to look at
Wearing RED scarfs or clothing.
Eating RED food, beetroot, cherries, tomatoes, etc.

Meditation and exercise are both important to helping your Root Chakra work well.
Meditation is needed to look within and learn to accept yourself.
Exersise is needed to get the strong wheel of the Root Chakra moving so it can set off all the others.

THE THROAT CHAKRA

Each one of us comes into the world with our own character and  the need to express that character.

The Chakra in the body that expresses that need is the Throat Chakra that is situated at the base of the throat.   It glows a Blue colour.
This Chakra governs the area of the body from the top of the mouth, the neck, the shoulders and the arms.
When we wish to express ourself we use one of these areas and sometimes all of them at once.  Depending on how aggressively we wish to get our opinion across.

Firstly, we can talk about our concern.  (The mouth then can be used for smiling)   Then we may talk more strongly (the mouth can be used for growling or yelling)    By this time the jaw is tight, the neck is tight and the shoulders are becoming tight.
The arms can be moving or outstretched and the fingers clutched tight.

If  you observe anyone (especially a child) trying to get someone to take notice of their opinions or needs you will see all of these aspects of the throat Chakra in action.

Usually the first thing a massage person will comment on are tight shoulders.

When we are happy and being accepted  for ourself the mouth can soften the arms, hands and shoulders can relax.

The next Chakra in the body is the Third Eye, situated on the forehead between the eyebrows.
This is a very deep blue with a touch of purple and is called Indigo.    Meditating on this Chakra can help you relax the Throat Chakra and help you to look into and accept your own opinions and direction.  It can give you the serenity you need to keep the Throat Chakra relaxed witch  in turn can keep the mouth shoulders and arms also relaxed.

In  Colour Psychology (Clothing, furnishings etc.)  Blue is considered to be the colour of choice that represents a person who wants to help others.    You can be  more helpful to others if you can have a relaxed Throat Chakra and can approach situations in a gentle kindly manner, instead of trying to push your opinions on them.    That energy is more represented by the Red Root chakra (that is connected with the need to 'fit in' with the world you live in)......family, friends, religion, attitudes etc.

So...If you are working on expressing your OWN needs and attitude, work on your Throat Chakra.
Meditate on the Indigo Third Eye Chakra, wear a Blue scarf, have Blue colours around you, (cushions, pictures, ornaments, flowers etc.)   Wear (or carry) a Blue crystal.   Rub a Blue, Aura Soma  oil on your throat.  Put a Blue silk scarf over a lamp and sit in that energy.

REMEMBER THAT YOU ARE TOTALLY UNIQUE....THERE IS NOT ANOTHER PERSON IN THE WORLD WHO IS EXACTLY  LIKE YOU.   YOU HAVE YOUR OWN ASTROLOGY PLACEMENTS, YOUR OWN ATTITUDES, YOUR OWN EXPERIENCES.
THEREFORE YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO EXPRESS YOUR OWN IDEAS AND ALSO THE  OBLIGATION  TO RESPECT THE RIGHTS OF OTHERS TO HAVE THEIR OWN IDEAS.

GOD'S PHARMACY

Amongst the wonderful gifts  God has given us  are the fruits and vegetables that can help to keep our bodies healthy.
He has made them in the colour and shape that we can recognise in order to gain their healing qualities.

CARROT     A sliced  carrot looks like the human eye.  The pupil, iris and radiating lines look just like the human eye.   Science now shows that carrots greatly enhance blood flow and function of the eyes.

TOMATO   A tomato has four chambers and is Red.  The Heart has four chambers and is red.  Research shows that tomatoes are loaded with lycopine and are pure heart and blood food.

GRAPES  Grapes hang in a cluster that looks just like the heart.  Each grape looks like a blood cell.  Research today shows grapes are a profound heart and blood vitalizing food.

WALNUTS  A walnut looks like a little brain.  Left and right hemisphere, upper cerebrums and lower cerebellums.   Even the wrinkles or folds on the nut are just like the neo-cortex.  It has been discovered that walnuts help develop more than three dozen  neutron-transmitters for brain function.

KIDNEY BEANS  heal and help maintain kidney function.  They look exactly like the human kidney.

CELERY,   BOK CHOY   RHUBARB  look like bones.  These  foods target bone strength.  Bones are 23% sodium and these foods are 23% sodium.   If you don't have enough sodium in your diet the body pulls it from the bones. These foods replace the skeletal needs of the body.

AVACADOS  EGGPLANT AND PEARS all look like the womb and cervix of the female body.  Research has shown that if a woman eats on avacado a week it balances her hormones, sheds unwanted birth weight and prevents cervical cancers.
It takes exactly 9 months to grow an avacado from blossom to ripened fruit.
There are over 14,000 photolytic chemical constituents of nutrition in each one of these foods.
Modern science has  only studied and named about 141 of them.

FIGS   are full of seeds and hang in twos when they grow.   Figs increase the mobility of male sperm and increase the numbers of sperm as well to help overcome male sterility.

SWEET POTATOES   look like the Pancreas and actually balance the glycemic index of diabetics/

OLIVES  Look like the Ovaries and assist the health and function of the Ovaries.

ORANGES,  GRAPEFRUITS  and other Citrus fruits look just like the mammary glands in the female and assist in the health of the breasts and the movement of lymph in and out of the breasts.

ONIONS look like the body's cells.  Research has shown that onions help to clear out the waste materials from all of the body cells.  They can even produce tears which wash away dust from the eyes.    A working companion GARLIC also helps eliminate wast materials and dangerous free radicals from the body.

We are continually being told to eat as much fresh food as possible.   You may find a special fruit or vegetable to help an illness in your body.   I know I have.

MUSIC AND THE CHAKRAS.

Every Tuesday I attend a Meditation Group in the morning where we meditate with soft/gentle music.  I come home SO relaxed that I often need to take a nap.  On Tuesday evening I attend a group called Sing Australia, where we sing all kinds of songs (that have WORDS).   We all sing with energy and enthusiasm  and I come home so energised that I find it hard to go to sleep

Music sounds connect with our Chakra system.   Strong, fast music connects with our Root Chakra, bringing the colour Red into our body and energising us.   The strong beat and sound of marching music can build strength and determination in  us.    Loud/fast music can be great to dance to but can also loosen our morals.  ( My Astrology teacher said that Rock and Roll music affected everything from the waist down)

The need  for relationships (happy or sad) is connected with our Sacral Chakra and  the colour Orange.   Think of all the songs about being rejected or break ups.   They mostly have the same  vibration and musical notes.   As women have become more sure of themselves many of the            'break up' songs have become more self assured and confident of their own power (moving up into the next (yellow) Chakra.   The Chakra of expressing your own will power.

Songs connected with the Yellow (Solar Power) Chakra are usually happy, quick and  bright.  These songs help you to feel enthusiastic and hopeful that everything  will work out well. (Just  follow the Yellow brick road!!)  The Yellow energy is to do with communication and being positive.  Like Shirley Bassey's song "I did it MY way".

Heart Chakra  music is usually about romantic  love and is soft and gentle.   It can express anything from eternal love to a lullaby (rocking a baby)    These gentle tunes are good for our body allowing the Green/soothing energy to enter our Heart Chakra and bring in a  feeling of peace.

Throat Chakra music encourages us to express our own abilities.    It  brings in the soothing colour of Blue into our Aura and  helps us to feel confident in our own abilities.    The Classical Masters, such as Strauss and Mosart created sounds that can help us to express ourselves.   Listening to Mosart has been suggested as a help for inner ear problems.

Meditation music works on the Third Eye Chakra  bringing in a beautiful deep Blue colour called Indigo.   This colour takes us deep inside ourselves and connects with our inner self.   Going within can remove us from our day to day worried and often  give us some direction as to  what we can do to  move on  in our lives.

Beautiful/soft, high notes in music can connect us with the Crown Chakra (a soft  Violet colour)     and Spiritual energy that enters us there.     Here your guides or Angels can connect with you. .  Meditation  with this gentle music can help you to gain knowledge of your life's current direction.

If you are trying to work on gaining a new direction or trying to strengthen a current direction think about the music you are listening to and  see if it is helping or hindering you in your direction.            Playing the music you CHOOSE will be more help to you than just  listening to the radio.

EXTRA INFORMATION ABOUT THE CHAKRAS.

I was reminded about the importance of the Chakras when my daughter reminded me that I needed to have a Chakra Balance in order to heal the damage done to the Aura after my recent operation for a Cataract on the left eye.
She reminded me that I had always stressed to anyone having an operation that it was important to get the Aura working as it should by sealing the damage done to it by re balancing the Chakras so that the body was in good working condition again.

The Chakra System is a wonderful tool we have that can be looked at and used in many different ways.   Knowledge of the Chakra System was brought to us from the East many years ago and all of our Healers work with the Chakras in many different  ways.

All of our Chakras are affected by our thoughts.   Messages go down the spine from our brain and connect with the Chakras that commence in our spine and flow out through Chakra centres in the body.   It is one of the reasons why women have problems in the Sacral area (below the Navel) as this is the centre connected with taking care of others and trying to fit into the needs of others!

Each of the Chakras deal with different areas and needs of the body.
The Root Chakra (Red) deals with our need to 'fit in' with society, family and friends.
Problems here affect our legs, weight, blood circulation, etc.
The Sacral Chakra (Orange) deals with our need to fit into the needs of others
Problems here affect our reproductive area and bowel area..
The Solar Plexus (Yellow) deals with our need to express our own needs
Problems here creates different Rashes, indigestion etc..
The Throat Chakra (Blue) deals with our need to express our thoughts and abilities.
Problems here creates tightness of shoulder/mouth area and throat problems.
The Third Eye (Indigo) deals with our need to look within and be creative.
Problems here creates tightness of the head and headaches and eye problems.
The Crown Chakra (Violet) deals with our need to receive information from our Guides and helpers.
Problems here result in confused thinking and lack of confidence.

I have discovered also that 13 Chakras can be accessed around the Head.  The usual 7 are there and there is another 6 Chakras starting to work as we move into the Aquarian Age.   They are coloured 'in between ' each of our present Chakras and relate to the second layer of the Aura, that is Orange, the colour connected with relationships.  They are Red Orange, Gold, Lime Green, Turquoise, and Red/Purple. A picture of these I found in a Medical book and when I place my pendulum in front of one of these places around the head the Pendulum will swing and circle, indicating the energy being used by these Chakras.

You can also connect with the Angels who work with these Chakras .
Angel Michael rules over the Root Chakra,
Angel Metatron  rules the Sacral Chakra.
Archangel Uriel and Angel Princes rule over the Solar Plexus
Archangel Raphael and 'The Virtues' rule over the Heart Chakra
Archangel Gabriel rules over the Throat Chakra
The Goddess Isia-Sophia rules over the Third Eye Chakra
THE SOURCE or the Christ Light rules the Crown Chakra.

So when you are sending Healing to one  of these Chakra areas you can  also ask for help from the  Heavenly Guardians who care  for them.

WE ONLY HAVE TO ASK!
